My mom takes all her girls to American Idol every summer....and this summer was the best yet! We arrived around 2:00p.m. to our hotel, and noticed that there was already a line up outside the Tdome. So Cierra, Janel, & I threw our bags in the hotel room and ran across the street to join the lineup:) Before the concert, we were able to meet #10 Michael & #9 Megan. Both were super sweet, Michael asked Cierra if he could have a hug because she made him miss his kids. Cierra now wants me to blow up the photo I snapped and put it on her wall.
The concert was a blast, everyone performed 100x better than they ever did on the show. Favorite moments were when Adam & Allison did their duet, Matt & Scott had a piano duet, & when Matt sang "you found me"
After the concert Cierra, my mom & I waited outside for nearly an hour and a half for the idols to come out and sign autographs. The wait was so worth it!!! We got to meet all of them except Kris, Danny, & Anoop:) Wonderful experience for Cierra, she will never forget this night!!!
