CIERRA's LAST DAY of 3rd GRADE!!!!

I can't believe my little girl is heading into her last day of 3rd grade. This year has proved to be a tough one for her......so many changes in our life in such a short time. Losing her grandfather, moving to a new school, new home......meeting new friends. But this little one amazes me, she fought through and has come out a brave, confident young girl!!
Tonight we will celebrate with her favorite pizza from Frankies! (her 2nd choice....1st being a crab & shrimp dinner:) We'll save that meal for her High School Graduation!

Maple Valley Days Parade!!

Cierra completed her first event as a Girl Scout on Saturday....walking in the Maple Valley Days Parade! On Friday, Kenny & I went to buy her getup down at the Girl Scouts store in Dupont!

I volunteered to the the "cookie" mom this year as well. Not sure what I've gotten myself into, but when I did it at her first meeting all the other moms clapped....so I guess they were happy to not have to do it this year. One mom was even threatened with divorce from her husband last year if she lead the sales again this year! I think I'll be okay:)
